My boys are 10 and 8. The ten year-old balked after the first few pages--it was too babyish. My 8 year-old said it was "kind of too easy, but fun". He liked the rhymes. <br /><br />Then I asked my 10 year-old to read it to his 5 and 3 year-old cousins. They had a great time with the rhymes and racing each other to make the patterns.
