What: A 10 hour algebra course LIVE, ONLINE. Math camp is 10 lessons with Crewton Ramone, and then 10 hours of enrichment at home. The topic will be algebra.  Parents will be given enrichment lessons based on what's most appropriate for each terminal.  Not everybody will be doing the same thing but everybody will be having fun.

Base Ten Block Comments And Testimonials.

  Well this was pleasant. You can find it here not on my testimonials page. It would be nice if a few more of you put up some comments/testimonials. Because of course I think Crewton Ramone's House Of Math great but who cares what I think, lol! People want to hear from YOU. People who have used it, paid money for passwords and blocks have some experience. Of course they are skeptical. They should be. Math has always been a mystery and hard and their own experience tells them math is anything BUT fun.

I'm here to show that some of those decisions you made as a teen or pre-teen regarding math may need to be reevaluated with some new information. Here are a few people that have discovered the difference base ten blocks coupled with a good methodology can make...

I find math kits and books that are squeaky clean never been used...which is sad because the blocks properly employed are powerful tools AND they are FUN. They make learning math fun and easy. Learning through play is a natural thing for little kids. Many parents have forgotten how to have fun and play, even less when it comes to math. But slowly but surely I am hearing more of these stories, which is pleasing. But again I am not the one who needs to hear these stories, OTHERS do. I've known this for more than two decades.

But up until quite recently there was no one showing people not just the HOW but the WHY. And more than, that not just the theory, but theory in practice via video and screencasts that you can watch as many times as you want. I also do training that as you can see from people's comments quite literally  BLOW THEIR MINDS. Because it is my hallucination is that math is EASY and fun and I often end up getting groups of people to hallucinate with me.

Also you may want to tell people NOW as opposed to later because now prices are low and later prices will be going UP.  Some of you may remember just a few years ago when a lifetime passwas just $100.00. Believe it or not I have had some of those people send me money again when they see all the new stuff I add...

Part of the reason prices are going up is because people have the mentality that if prices are low it must not be worth anything. When I was selling passwords for a buck I could not make a sale. When I was selling them for 5 bucks I got a few more. When I started selling them for 150 bucks suddenly I was selling lots of them. This is ridiculous to me but my marketing people and a in addition to them, a billionaire explained it to me in no uncertain terms. Perceived value. Fine.

However, YOU can add to that perceived value by commenting,  "liking" other comments and posting your experiences on social media. But either way apparently if it's not $500+ it must not be worth anything as a math curriculum.

So very shortly prices will go up. They are telling me to raise prices as is. Anybody that has been here for a while knows every time I raise prices I give you even more stuff on password protected pages and more "content" in general. Those who were clever enough to get a lifetime way back when they were $100.00 have written to thank me more than once and occasionally send me money too. Which is really really really appreciated. Most people even at $249.00 are AMAZED at how much bang they get for their buck...and I'm only just getting started.

YOU are the most powerful force. People don't come because of me exactly; they come because of you. So your continued support via comments, shares likes etc is much appreciated and indeed needed for growth. And the more it grows the more pages and content I put up. I promise I will never rest on my laurels. Too much math to do.

I have to walk a fine line because I want to compensate people for spreading the word but at the same time paid testimonials are not worth as much as "organic" ones. So I am looking at an affiliate program where if they pay for a course because you recommended them you will get compensated. It will be non different from you telling them about a good movie except when they go see it you get a small portion of the ticket price....and my movies teach them math or how to have fun teaching math. So everybody wins.

People have found that the more money and customers I make and get, the more content they get.  I am also still selling combo kits that as I have said have barely been used if at all but mine come with passwords and training...my reasoning is simple. The reason they are so pristine is because they never got used. They never got used because mom and dad didn't know how to use them or how powerful (and fun) they could be. How do trainings work?

One: You need a Gmail address. Install the video chat plug in.

Two: You send me your Gmail address. Add me to a circle if you like.

Three. I add you to the Friday Training circle.

Four: Watch FB or other forum for time and date usually Friday or Saturday. Use this so you don't screw up the TIME ZOMES BTW noon means PM and 12AM is the middle of the night. You big fat dorks.

Five: Friday. Have computer turned on and the Gmail window/tab open. Chome or Firefox are the best browsers then Safari then Explorer. Shut down all other programs including mail, preview etc. Click on invitation. You may want to practice a little with friends or family so you know how it works BEFORE you come to the training. You will be EXPECTED to PARTICIPATE not just watch. math is not a spectator sport.

Cost is JUST $25.00...and 3 to 4 hours usually flies by. You will not be bored and you will be shocked at how fast the time goes. Ask anybody who has been. 1 hour is not enough to get anything done. And this is meat and potatoes not fluff and feather so bring a paper and pencil and be ready to be blown away. Get in now because that price is also going to increase as time goes by...but for now it's $25.00.

WHY am I only offering this to people who already have passwords? Well, if you have a password you are more prone to be a person that actually knows how to us the blocks. Too many people butcher the method and the program because they have blocks and don't know how to use them...then other people get the mistaken impression that this method doesn't work or that it's just like other copy cat methods or they are confused about base ten blocks and their use in general and decide to subject their children to other methods that don't work as well or end up with very similar results to not using base ten blocks at all...

If you going to get blocks you should have passwords so you know how to use the blocks. I have heard many good things about my teacher training page clearing up many misconceptions and answering a lot of questions parents and teachers have about the method. Also when you come to the training....make sure you already have vid chat installed. Make sure everything else but the browser you are using gmail is shut down or you computer will bog...you need a high speed connection and you need a newer computer for it to work well. I have had parents doing video tutoring complain about the connection but then come to find out they have all manner of programs running...mail, multiple tabs on the browser, word processor on Macs "preview" is a big hog close it...and you will have a much better time.

A little look into the future with Crewton Ramone.

Will be having a sale in June. A very traditional and IMO desirable stable situation, the education of the child often falls primarily to the mother in the primary years and then gradually to the father in the later years especially tradesmen and farmers...again in the more traditional "old school" family situations. They have attempted to destabilize the traditional family with social engineering and we can look around and see the results. Nothing wrong with single parent families but there is no question it's harder. Two is easier. I'm a single parent but only on week ends. I know a lot of single parents who have no other to look to; ask them if it gets overwhelming at times. Also nothing wrong with non traditional families but also nothing wrong with traditional families either...and certainly women (or men) who choose to stay home not "work" and raise children shouldn't be stigmatized. I hear "I'm just a mom." All the time when dealing with customers..."just a mom" is about the most important full time job there is.

I like my clientele because this is the 4 to 5% (up from about 1% 20 years ago) that actually understand the teachers are there to ASSIST you in the education of your children, not do it all for you, babysit 6 to 8 hours a day...act as surrogate parents, counselors, psychologists and more. Many of you eschew the public school system altogether and want to do it yourselves BUT math is a sticking point and so is the money. My aim is to change that.

Soon I will have an affiliate program where those of you who have told anybody and everybody that will listen about me will be rewarded for your efforts...again I can not immediately do anything about the physical products (blocks etc) but I can and will have training and "how to" vids along with internet courses, pdfs, audio and such that you can be proud to share and that will be quite reasonably priced. This will also allow you to hire out other experts to assist you in the education of your children, music teachers for example or language teachers, artists, etc. My commissions will be generous.

With regard to physical products I will be having dvds and books soon and I can tell you in the same manner people didn't understand I could build this entire website with nothing more than my $400 tablet now when in the early 1990's it would have cost 10's of thousands (I was looking at a proposal I wrote back then and equipment and hosting were over 100 grand) print on demand has made DVD's and books entirely doable...and I made friends with a vice president of a company that does just that. Further we are not there yet but 3D printing will make $300,000.00 injection molds obsolete in the very near future buying blocks and shipping them will be almost obsolete you'll just turn your 3D printer on, either way blocks/manipulatives are going to be inexpensive too--give it a few more years...then it's going to be all about information--it already is but even more so.

Several people have told me $250 for an annual is still too "cheap" and when it was $100 it was "a total no brainer" because of all the stuff you get plus the fact that more is created monthly. This is where the marketing comes in. People don't always GET what they are getting until they look around the web and find nothing else like it. Getting people to understand that it's more than worth it is the hard part. Still quite bemused that I couldn't sell a password for 5 bucks but once I upped the price to $150 I sold them like hotcakes. Better marketing on my part is coming. I have acquired a guru who is showing me how...he has it down to a pretty simple, extremely successful formula and I can use a formula better than most. The part that I lack is the ability to let people know how cool this is because they have been programmed to hate math and anything to do with math even if there is a guy who claims he can take the pain out...further, people are so used to gimmicks they think I'm kidding when I say the sale lasts ten days or this is a real spring sale prices won't be this low again. Then when the sale is over they can't believe there really isn't going to be another one. People are still waiting for Mortco to have another sale. People also think lifetime passwords are going to come back down to 100 bucks...opps they keep going up. (I'll tell you right now, there may be a sale for 150 bucks again, but only for a few days and when it's over--it's over, but they will never be 100 bucks again so quit waiting.)

Another thing I'll be doing eventually is interviewing people who use math in their business or vocation. I talk to scientists, engineers, physicists etc but also business owners and always ask them about their math. How often do you use algebra? For scientists, engineers, physicists the answer is usually EVERYDAY. How often do you use the calculus? The answer is usually not as often but a lot. And stats? Depends on the person/job. Anyhow the point is I will be offering that as a product for parents and teachers to answer the perennial question: "Why do we have to know this?" Asked by the teen age whiners in most math classes.

I spent a lot of time in bookstores this last two weeks from Portland to LA; books on math are...uh...difficult. I understand them because I see the pictures in my head...but they contain no pictures for you. I was reading a book called "Forgotten Algebra" which presented math the traditional way: formula first, no pictures not even for Pythagoras, then rules and process--no mention of concepts...no wonder it's the most failed subject. As one person who I'm pretty sure has left this page said, show a problem, show how to work the problem, show a problem show how to work a problem. Exactly NOT what you get here.

I will be having a video training session FRIDAY, 27th Feb, 8am HST.  2 1/2 hours on Fractions.  I just did a 2 and a half hour session with some Montessori teachers from SC and like a silly pants I forgot to record it...it was a pretty good training too...I think: never got much feedback from them.

Any how we'll go for an hour or so take a 15 minute break and then finish up the hour...I will start with this fractions kit. Fraction tiles. And if we have time spend a few moments showing how to use the multi tens to teach fractions...but remember all you really need is a combo kit...

Another training using the multi-tens and combo kit exclusively to teach fractions will happen some other day**...so if you have a fractions kit and want some training on how to use it email me to reserve a spot and let me know you can make it, cost will be 20 bucks.  You need gmail video chat installed and you need to add me to a circle and I'll add you back...this would be a good time for me to actually email people who bought fractions kits and let them know about this...it could happen but I think my Girl Tuesday is going to go to the doctors instead of working her one day a week with me so...

No such thing as taking your love of math too far.

A "sitewide" pass gets you in to every page EXCEPT the teacher training...the teacher training password ONLY gets you into the teacher training page.  The training page currently has about 7 hours or video on it plus links to some hard to find pages.  More than 8 hours of vid is currently being edited to be added to the training page as I type this. [March 2015]  The sitewide pass gets you into lots of pages and anywhere it asks for a password (other than the teacher training page), the sitewide pass is it.  You will find hours and hours and hours available to you with the sidewide pass, I doubt very seriously that you will have gotten through everything by the time your ten months of payments is up.

Further, I add to these pages as time goes by, so during the next ten months there will be more videos and pdfs and web pages added...I think you find it's a STEAL for six bucks a month...or even 26 bucks a month...if you get an annual and then decide to get a lifetime (which many people have done once they see how cool it is...lol...) you will NOT be credited for the money you spent. In other words if you made some payments at 6 bucks that won't be subtracted from the cost of an annual.

People have in the past asked if they can get the lifetime for the difference of whatever they paid before. The answer is no.
